e-statements contain the same information as your paper statements and they are:

  • Free, Fast and Convenient
  • More Secure than Paper Statement
  • Can be viewed, downloaded and printed at anytime, anywhere

What you need to do

If you are currently receiving both paper and e-statement for your Credit Card

To go green with Credit Card e-statement:

  • Effective immediately, we will start sending your Credit Card statements in e-statement format only. No action is required on your part

If you are currently receiving Credit Card paper statements only

  • If you have a registered email address with us, you will be automatically subscribed e-statements as a part of our "Go Green" initiative. We will start sending your Credit Card statements in e-statement format only. This change does not require any action on your part

If you currently hold more than one credit card with us (e.g. RTA Card + Skywards Card)

  • To "Go Green with e-statement" - Call us on 800 111 22 or visit any of our Branches.
  • If you want to continue receiving paper statements for your Credit Cards - Call us on 800 111 22 or visit the Branch.
  • If you were unable to contact the bank, and:
    • Have a valid email registered with us - we will start sending you e-statements by default effective immediately and discontinue paper statements
    • Do not have a valid email address registered with us - we will continue to send you paper statements for your cards.
