The service allows customers to:
1. Login to the mobile app
2. Go to 'Services' and click on 'Get Queuing Ticket'
3. Select the desired Branch
4. Tap on the button 'Get Queuing Ticket'
5. Select the service for which you are visiting the branch for
6. A ticket will now appear on the mobile screen and will be saved to the mobile phone
7. An SMS will be sent to the mobile number confirming the issuance of the ticket.
Note: A check box will be displayed at the bottom of the screen with the message "Next time, I want to issue a ticket without logging into the application" - if you click on this text box and tap continue, the service will start appearing on your pre-login screen of the Emirates Islamic Mobile App so you can use this service without logging on anymore. Tap on continue to issue the ticket.
Soon all your Online/Mobile Banking transactions and services will be authenticated only via Smart Pass, a safer and convenient way to conduct online/mobile banking transactions using a 4-digit PIN of your choice. You will stop receiving SMS to authenticate your transactions. Please make sure that your email address is updated to activate your Smart Pass. Click here to know more.
