Change the name on your Card

If you’ve changed the name on your passport, you should update your name on your Debit/Credit Card too.

Please note:

You can’t have titles on your Card.
Your name can’t exceed 21 characters including spaces.
The embossed name should match with your name in our records and with your name on your Emirates ID or Passport which you will present to the courier service at the time of card delivery.
You need to update our records before requesting a name change on your Card. Your current card will remain active until you receive the new Card and activate it.

Your request will be processed within 4 to 5 working days.

There are no charges for changing the name on your Debit/Credit Card.
