How many new beneficiaries can I add in a day?

You can add as many beneficiaries for transfers and payments as you need.

When can I make a payment towards my bills in Etisalat and du if I add them as a beneficiary now?

You can make payments of up to AED 1,000 to Etisalat and du as soon as you add them as beneficiaries. After 2 hours, you can pay higher amounts.
