The following Terms and Conditions apply to complimentary access to Dubai Ladies Club & Sharjah Ladies Club Services being offered by the Emirates Islamic Bank PSJC (the "Emirates Islamic") to selected Credit Cards.

Dubai Ladies Club & Sharjah Ladies Club: Is a service offered by a third party for access to the best Ladies health clubs in the UAE on the condition that the laws of Shariah and ethics are applied.

Free Usage:
The free usage shall be subject to the below Terms and Conditions of Emirates Islamic Credit Cards. A complimentary access to the club with unlimited access per month shall be subject to the availability in the two locations (Dubai Ladies Club & Sharjah Ladies Club).

Please note, that while using the health club services, Emirates Islamic Customers must adhere to Islamic morals & values and local morals & customs. Also, they should limit the usage of the health club to timings dedicated solely to female members only.

• Emirates Islamic cardholders needs to present their credit card with Emirates ID to register their name and details at main reception in Sharjah Ladies Club. Emirates ID is also required to be present at other club receptions to enjoy the services of facilities. Failure to present the Emirates ID will disqualify the cardholder from availing discounts or using services of the facilities.
• Emirates Islamic customers will enjoy 20% discount in all facilities, services, and some selected services.
• Sharjah ladies Club reserves the right to modify the price list of the services provided

• Tennis court bookings will be canceled if players are over 15 minutes late. During this time, the booking will be allocated to players in the waiting list.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session to avoid any changes in the length of the session.
• A 1-day cancellation notice is required to allow the rescheduling of appointments
• If an appointment is not confirmed by the client one day prior to the booking date, the appointment will be cancelled
• If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within less than the minimum required period of 4 hours, the full treatment charge will be applied as a deduction of a purchased package
• In the event of late arrival, the duration of the session will be reduced without affecting the treatment’s content.

Extra/ additional usage Charges not included:
Each extra service which is not included for the Offer in Dubai Ladies Club & Sharjah Ladies Club, will be charged by the Cardholder. Charges at each of the locations may vary and are subject to change without prior notice for any of the additional services.

The minimum spend amounts for Emirates Islamic Credit Cards are listed below:

If the minimum spend amount is not met in a calendar month, the service usage amount will be charged to the customer. Emirates Islamic shall add the Usage Charges on the Cards statement in the next billing cycle, at the applicable rate in the selected Location. The above spends limit and charge is subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

New Locations and Daily Member Limit Slots:
New Locations may be added, or existing Locations may be discontinued without prior notice. This Dubai Ladies club & Sharjah Ladies Club access service will be provided subject to availability of Dubai Ladies club & Sharjah Ladies Club daily membership limit slots at the respective Locations.

Right to Amend:
Emirates Islamic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time wholly or in part, or to suspend or terminate the Offer, at its absolute discretion by way of posting on Emirates Islamic’ s website, or in any manner deemed suitable by Emirates Islamic; or withdraw this Offer at any time without any prior notice.

The Cardholder understands and acknowledges that this is a Health club offered by Emirates Islamic will be performed by the Ladies club in different locations.
The Dubai Ladies club, Sharjah Ladies Club, and Emirates Islamic are independent contractors to each other and Emirates Islamic will not have any liability at any time towards the Card Member for any claims, losses that the Card Member may have against the Ladies club in different locations for the services rendered by it to the Card Member.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Offer, Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and in particular by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. All disputes relating to this Offer Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
