The account must be opened by the child’s legal guardian only

The legal guardian for the ALPHA Youth Account is the child’s parent or custodianship of the child, who is legally authorized to open and manage the account on behalf of the minor. Only the parent can open the account and manage its settings and controls. Account can be opened through EI+ Mobile app or branches.
