These Terms and Conditions apply to the online or at-gate sale of one-day, one park access and one-day, two park access to Dubai Parks and Resorts (“DPR”) theme park(s).
A 30% discount applies to selected cardholders of Emirates Islamic Bank.
Tickets are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable, and cannot be offered for resale.
A Ticket purchaser may purchase Tickets only for his/her own personal use and/or that of his/her guest(s).
DPR and the relevant park reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the opening and closing dates and times of attractions, and to close or cancel any rides, events, or facilities for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, technical, health and safety, operational reasons, or due to special events or private functions. For the avoidance of doubt, no refund or compensation will be provided for the full or partial value of the Ticket/Annual Pass if any attractions are cancelled or closed during the year.
