No, you can’t make these payments through our ITMs, but you can use Online Banking or Mobile Banking to pay in a few easy steps.

You’ll need to present a valid Debit Card or Emirates ID to perform the transaction.

Yes, the documents printed by the ITM are fully authenticated and stamped by the bank, and can be used for any official purpose.

Yes, you can perform cash withdrawals up to AED 150,000 using just your valid Emirates ID.
