Gold & Silver Schedule of Charges

Buy Fee	Acquisition Fees: A flat fee of AED 0.1575 per gram will be charged at time of subscription.
Exit Fee	Redemption Charge¹: 0.525% of the Gold or Silver price determined by the Bank at the time of redemption or such other rate as determined and notified by the Bank from time to time. Delivery Charge²: Will depend on location of delivery address of the Applicant, which rate shall be determined and notified by the Bank at the time of redemption. A custody & Takaful fee of 0.315% will be charged at time of redemption before 5 years. A custody & Takaful fee of 1.05% will be charged at time of redemption after 5 years.

¹ Investments in Precious Metal - Gold (erstwhile ‘Gold Certificates’) before October 2011 are not subject to Redemption Charges. For investments in Precious Metal – Gold post October 2011, Redemption Charges at the rate mentioned above shall be applicable

² Delivery Charges are non-refundable in case of delivery failure (as per the Terms and Conditions) owing to reasons attributable to the Applicant, including incorrect address of the Applicant registered with the Bank.

All fees and charges are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Custody Fees 10.50 bps per annum inclusive of 5% VAT applicable in the UAE.
All above Fees do not include any Market Fee, Stamp Duty, Tax etc. applicable in the respective Exchange/Market.
*DFM - Additional AED 10.50 Transaction Fee inclusive of 5% VAT applicable for every trade.
**Nasdaq Dubai – Additional USD 3.15 Transaction Fee inclusive of 5% VAT applicable for every trade.
