Fractional Sukuk allows investors to buy smaller portions of a full Sukuk, making Sukuk investments more accessible and flexible. Fractional Sukuk are available exclusively for Emirates Islamic customers and are not available in the open market.
When you buy traditional sukuk, you buy the whole sukuk, which can cost a lot - like USD 200,000 or more. Sukuk In contrast, with fractional sukuk, you can start with USD 25,000, so it’s easier to get started without investing as much.
You can start with USD 5,000 and you can add more in multiples of USD 5,000.

When Emirates Islamic receives payment from the Issuer – such as profit payments, principal payments, or other forms of compensation – this is distributed to everyone who has invested in the Fractional Sukuk. The profit will be distributed on a pro-rata basis in proportion to your investment amount.
No, Fractional Sukuk does not have a lock-in period. You can buy or sell them at any time, as long as there is a seller or buyer in the market. That’s said, Sukuk are usually meant for long-term investing.
No, Emirates Islamic does not offer financing options for investments in Fractional Sukuk. You can only use your own money.
